Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We use a small number of trusted service providers who process data on our behalf:

  • Microsoft 365 — our business email.
  • WhatsApp (Meta) — our main booking and updates channel. Messages are subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy terms.
  • WeChat (Tencent) — an optional messaging channel, if you choose to use it.
  • GoDaddy — hosting for this website.
  • Google — our Business Profile and reviews, and website analytics if you consent to it.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law.

Where your data is held

This website is hosted in the European Union. Some of our providers, including Meta, Google, Microsoft and Tencent, may process data outside the UK. Where that happens they rely on safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

We keep order and contact records for as long as we need them to provide the service, deal with any query or claim about the work, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Enquiries that do not become orders are deleted once they are clearly closed. Analytics data is retained for the period set in our analytics account.

Cookies

This site sets no cookies until you agree to them. Essential storage is limited to remembering your cookie choice.

Essential
Remembers whether you accepted or declined cookies, so we do not keep asking. Always on. No consent required.
Analytics and advertising
Used only if you press Accept. These help us understand which pages and services people use, and measure our Google Ads. They are not set if you decline.

You can change your mind at any time using the Cookie settings link, which also appears in the footer of every page. Declining does not limit your use of the site.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

  • ask what personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it
  • have inaccurate data corrected
  • ask us to delete data we no longer need
  • ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to our use of it
  • receive the data you gave us in a portable format
  • withdraw consent at any time, where we relied on consent

To exercise any of these, email contact@renewdrycleaners.com. We will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
