Yes. We regularly clean suits, jackets and trousers. Please let us know about any visible stains or areas requiring particular attention when you bring the garment in.
Yes. Because dresses can vary considerably in fabric, decoration and construction, specialist or delicate dresses may need to be inspected before we confirm the cleaning process.
Yes. We clean many types of coats and jackets. Items with specialist fabrics, trims, leather sections, embellishments or unusual construction may require an inspection first.
Yes. We understand that designer and luxury garments may require additional care. Our team will inspect the garment, fabric, care label, trims and any areas of concern before determining the appropriate cleaning method.
Yes, subject to inspection. Delicate fabrics and garments with beading, embroidery, sequins, specialist trims or unusual construction may require additional assessment before cleaning.
The care label is an important part of our assessment, but our experienced team will also consider the condition, fabric, dyes, trims, construction and any stains before deciding how an item should be treated.
Please bring it to us for inspection. A “Do Not Dry Clean” label does not automatically mean that no professional cleaning option exists, but we need to assess the garment before recommending anything.
We provide professional stain treatment as part of our garment-care service. Please point out the stain when leaving the garment with us and, if possible, tell us what caused it. Knowing whether a stain is from wine, oil, food, makeup, ink, blood or another substance can help us choose the most appropriate treatment.
Unfortunately, no professional cleaner can responsibly guarantee removal of every stain. The result depends on the type of stain, how long it has been present, the fabric, previous attempts to remove it, heat exposure, colour stability and the condition of the garment. Our aim is always to achieve the best possible result without taking unnecessary risks with the garment.
For difficult or valuable garments, it is usually better not to experiment with strong household stain removers. Some products can permanently set a stain, remove colour or damage the fabric. Bring the garment to us as soon as practical and tell us what caused the stain if you know.
Possibly. Please tell us what product or treatment you used so our cleaning team has as much information as possible before treating the garment.
Avoid rubbing it aggressively. Remove any excess gently where possible and bring the garment to us as soon as practical. The sooner we know what happened, the better we can assess the appropriate treatment.
Yes. Please bring your items into the shop and our team can advise you on the most suitable cleaning or laundry service.
Yes. Bring your shirts into the shop and our team will advise you on the appropriate cleaning and finishing service.
Yes. Please point out any areas of particular concern when you leave the shirts with us. The final result will depend on the fabric, age and nature of the staining.
Professional finishing forms an important part of our garment-care service. If you have a particular pressing or finishing requirement, tell us when leaving the garment.
Yes. We offer professional shoe-cleaning services for a range of footwear. Please bring your shoes into the shop so we can assess their material, construction and condition.
We can assess footwear including trainers and sneakers, suede shoes, leather shoes, boots and other specialist footwear. The available treatment will depend on the material and condition of the shoe.

Yes. Please bring them into the shop so our team can inspect the material and condition before confirming the most appropriate treatment.
We aim to achieve the best possible improvement, but cleaning cannot reverse every form of wear, permanent staining, fading, cracking or physical damage. We will always try to set realistic expectations before specialist cleaning.
We regularly handle garments requiring additional care. Please tell us when an item is particularly valuable, delicate or sentimental so that our team can assess it appropriately before cleaning.
Possibly, depending on the garment. These items should be inspected first because decorative elements, adhesives and trims can react differently during cleaning.
Vintage garments require individual assessment because fabrics, dyes, stitching and trims can deteriorate with age. Please bring the garment into the shop so our team can examine it before recommending a treatment.
We can still inspect the garment, although a missing care label can make identification of the fabric and recommended cleaning process more difficult. Our team will discuss this with you if it affects how safely the item can be treated.
Prices depend on the garment and service required. Please refer to our price list for standard services. For specialist garments, unusually delicate items, heavy staining, complex construction or alterations, we may need to inspect the item before confirming the final price.
Two garments that look similar may require very different treatment. Factors such as fabric, lining, decoration, size, construction, staining and specialist finishing can affect the work involved. Where an item falls outside our standard service, we will advise you accordingly.
Where an item requires assessment or work outside a standard service, our team can explain the proposed treatment and applicable charge before proceeding where appropriate.
Please visit our prices page for our standard service prices. If you cannot find your garment or service listed, contact us or bring it into the shop for an assessment.
Turnaround time depends on the garment, service and treatment required. Standard items may be completed more quickly, while delicate garments, specialist cleaning, stain treatment, alterations or repairs can require additional time. We will advise you when your garments are booked in.
If you have an urgent requirement, please tell us. We will check what is realistically possible based on the garment, cleaning process and current workload. We would rather give you an accurate answer than promise a turnaround that could compromise the quality of the work.
Same-day service may be possible for certain items depending on the garment, treatment required and our workload. Please contact us or visit the shop as early as possible and we will let you know what can be done. Please note: our 2:00pm same-day cutoff for pickup bookings does not mean that every garment can be cleaned and returned on the same day.
Our team will advise you of the expected collection date when your order is booked in. If there is an unexpected issue requiring additional time or treatment, we will contact you where necessary.
Usually yes, provided they have the appropriate order or collection information. If there is anything unusual about the order, please contact us before collection.
We encourage customers to look over their garments when collecting them and speak with our team immediately if they have any questions.
Please speak to us. We take customer concerns seriously and would like the opportunity to inspect the garment and understand what has happened. Bring the garment back to us as soon as practical together with your order details.
Some stains cannot be removed safely without risking damage to the garment. If a stain remains, our team can explain the result and whether any further safe treatment may be possible.
Please contact us and, where appropriate, bring the garment back so our team can inspect it. It is much easier for us to help when we can see the item ourselves.
Yes, please check and empty your pockets before leaving garments with us. We also inspect garments during processing, but removing personal belongings beforehand is always recommended.
Yes. Please point out any existing damage or areas of concern when leaving your garment so we can note them and advise you appropriately.

Yes. We can help with a range of garment alterations. For the best advice, please bring the garment into the shop so it can be assessed properly. Our alterations and repairs work is run through our sister service at alterationsandrepairs.com.
For alterations involving fit or length, trying the garment on is often the best way to achieve the correct result. Our team will advise you when you visit.
Alteration prices depend on the garment, construction and amount of work required. For more complex alterations, we may need to see the item before confirming the price.
Sometimes we can provide an indication, but an exact quotation may require us to inspect the garment. The amount of work involved is not always visible in a photograph.
We believe professional garment care should combine experience, attention to detail and genuinely helpful customer service. Rather than treating every garment in exactly the same way, we look at the item, its fabric, construction, condition and the result you are trying to achieve. Our aim is simple: to care for your garments properly and help keep them looking their best.
Yes. We use technology to make communication quicker and easier, but if your enquiry requires specialist judgement or personal attention, a member of the Renew team can assist you.
